Living Life to the Fullest 


Living Life to the Full is a fun and interactive course that will help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and what to do about them! Usually the courses are $250 to take but in response to the current mental health strain caused by COVID 19, courses are online and free of charge to BC residents.

Foundry BC: 


Foundry offers young people ages 12-24 health and wellness resources, services and supports – online and through integrated service centres in communities across BC. 




Here2Talk connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web. 



TAO is an online resource that includes over 150 brief, effective, educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues. TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.
